Items purchased from Thousand Lakes Sporting Goods may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method as soon as the item(s) is received by Thousand Lakes Sporting Goods and the credit is processed by the payment processor (bank or credit card). Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

If the item(s) you wish to return is defective or in need of repair, please contact the product manufacturer for more information.

Thousand Lakes Sporting Goods does not accept returns for dirty, damaged or worn products, or undergarments that have been removed from their original packaging. If received in any of these conditions, item(s) will be returned to you.

Non-returnable items include:

  • All items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery must be returned to the factory for exchange or refund.
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use.
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
  • Clearance items
  • All items being returned must have a receipt, tag, and original box.

A 15% restocking fee may apply on select items.
